The specially customised, doll is said to include 160 diamond gems as well as white gold jewellery. They also arranged a lavish princess-themed birthday bash in New York, decorated with £60,000 worth of white and pink roses and a cake costing £1,500.
Toddlers lucky enough to be in Blue Ivy's circle of friends were regaled with £20,000 of accessories and toys including jewellery sets, princess costumes and playhouses.
Meanwhile their wealthy parents were given luxury goodie bags with personalised gold pens with Blue Ivy's name engraved on them as well as sought after concert tickets.
A source close to the couple said: 'Nothings been too big or expensive for their little princess. They wanted her first birthday to set the tone for the rest of her life.
