Diamond they say is a girls's best friend but in primmy's kingdom a nice high heel shoe or stiletto and a very cute bag is a girl's best friend, from time to time I will be posting any shoe or bag that takes my fancy.  Ladies have you ever wonder what the word stiletto means?
A stiletto heel is a long thin high heel found on some ladies shoe and boots, it is named after the stiletto dagger (Guys now you know why women use their high heel shoes as a weapon).

Stiletto may vary in length from 2.5 centimeters (1 inch) to 25 cm (10 inches) or more if a platform sole is used.  A real stiletto heel has a stem of solid steel or alloy, this days the more usual method of mass producing high shoe heels with moulded plastic with an internal metal tube for reinforcement does not achieve the true stiletto shape.
