PASTOR FLEES TO SOUTH AFRICA AFTER RAPING AND IMPREGNATING DISABLED CHURCH MEMBER
Powerlessness and silence move hand-in-hand. While many women in her position would have chosen silence as the solution - considering that it is often classified as golden - Kudakwashe Mutongwizo chose to speak out.
Raped by her pastor on March 10 2012, the expecting mother said she was hopeful she would deliver a normal child despite the circumstances surrounding her pregnancy. Born 25 years ago in a family of six in Chitandara Village, under Chief Chihota, the young woman has been disabled since birth, but prefers to be described as "not so able-bodied". Mutongwizo had a difficult childhood. She recalls: "I was never at ease with other children my age. They would either shun or mock me because I could not run around like they did." "VIDEO: UNBORN TWINS FIGHTING FOR SPACE IN THE WOMB"
Striking new MRI images show that for twins, sibling rivalry starts early even before birth. Researchers in London were trying to find out more about a rare blood disease that can complicate the pregnancies for women carrying twins, when they captured video of what appears to be two fetuses pushing each other as they try to make more room. Amazing!

WHY WON’T MY MARRIAGE BE INTACT? PLEASE NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TO MY MARRIAGE OGE OKOYE SNAPS AT REPORTER
In a recent interview with Entertainment express the Oge Okoye wasn't too happy when the reporter asked very personal questions.I find the interview very interesting though.
I culled some excerpts ...
So when and how did you meet your husband?
It was really not love at first sight, I personally don’t believe in love at first sight. I believe in working it out, knowing ourselves, to see if we are compatible, so that is what exactly happened between me and my husband. We were friends at first and it was going on like that till we got married in 2005.
How does he feel about the romantic scenes you play in movies?
He has never complained. I really don’t know if he feels bad, but I know that being a human being like I am, he might be feeling bad inside but he is not showing it. He encourages me a lot; he is always there for me. Besides, he doesn’t watch my movies. For more click on read

TERRY THA RAPMAN REMEMBERS MUM WHO DIED SIX YEARS AGO
Sleep Mommy! Sweet smile on your face as you sleep the pain away, resting in God's arms now, although in the ground your body lay. He needed another angel in the Heavenly choir and that's why you had to go. As you promised, you are still with us watching your children here below. I never would have imagined the end would be like this, me comforting you. Holding your hand, telling you not to worry was not an easy thing for me to do. And even in your weakest hour you tried to comfort me too, caressing my face, and calming my soul as only a mother can soothe. You have always been there through the thick and the thin.
No matter what I've done, unconditionally you love never wavering. When I told you of the mistakes I made and all the times people saw me fall, you simply nodded and gently replied 'so have we all'. The key to success is learning from the past. Ensuring a brighter future is now the present task. A pillar of strength even until the end. Fighting all life's battles, knowing it's triumphantly you would win, pushing me to be the best that you know I can be. For more click on read more

‘HOW MY DAUGHTER’S FIANCÉ BATHED HER WITH ACID’
The motive behind the acid bath of 22-year-old Chika Egbo by her estranged lover, David Sulaimon, remains elusive, but one thing is sure, the victim may not remain the same again.
Chika is a student of the Enugu State College of Education.
Last Tuesday, when our correspondent visited her at the Burns Unit of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Egbo has become a shadow of the beautiful girl she was.
The substance Sulaimon allegedly poured on her had destroyed every visible skin from her chest upwards.
She mumbled to her father, a Taraba State-based businessman, as she could neither see nor speak properly at the time. For more click on read more
