The official opening of the Nigerian Carnival Ireland 2012 took place on the 6th of August at the Heritage Restaurant in Lucan, the carnival will run for One week starting on the 6th of August to end on Saturday the 11 of August.
Activities lined up for the week are as follows:Fashion show at the Carlton Hotel tyrellstown on wednesday 8th August 6pm
Children Cultural show at the Soltice Arts Centre Navan at on the 9th of August at 11.00am
Cultural Carnival at Duleek business Park No boring Juction on the 9th of August at 7pm
The grand Carnival at The Phoenix park Dublin on the 11th of August.
Comedy night at the Crown Plaza Hotel Blanchardstown on the 11th of August time 8pm to 2am
