    How much is David Mark's official salary. This is the kind of things that happens in Nigeria. Does Tuface need this, the answer is no. Does Mark need favour from Tuface at this level, the answer is no. If one is pouring water into the occean where people are searching for water to drink, is that person insane, the answer is yes. David Mark and Akpabio should be ashamed of themselves.
