PHOTOS: TIWA SAVAGE AND TEEBILLZ JUST GOT ENGAGED Y'ALL

Finally the cat is out of the bag,Tee Billz just proposed to Tiwa  at her birthday party at Eko Hotel and Suites this night and she said yes, this is so confusing because Tiwa posted a photo of her cake and the first one says happy birthday Mrs Billz, anyway  we say  Big congrats to them.
