KELLY HANDSOME SPENDS $4,000 ON FIRST TATTOO

 "Maga Don Pay" singer Kelly Handsome traveled all the way to Mexico to get his first tattoos done,hmmm I really don't know what to say, it is ridiculous to spend such an amount on tattoos even if you are a gang star and secondly it is so OTT anyway its his choice and money abi?
