The Director of protocol to the Delta StateGovernment and former chairman of Warri Wolves, Hon. Godwin Abigor has declared his intention to contest for the chairmanship of Warri south LGA Constituency I under the PDP platform.He made the declaration at a public gathering hosted by the community with dignitaries in attendance. The declaration shows that he people of the Local Government Area really loved and yearned for his services.
