I don’t know if this is true but according to MediaTakeOut.com a report was received last night that a physician visited Kim Kardashian at her home to treat her for a bout of what's being described as "acute morning sickness". Hmmmmmmmm if this is true then Kanye you are the very man, congrats guys we hope to hear wedding bells soon
