PHOTOS: AFTERMATH OF THE ROBBERY ATTACK IN AUCHI, EDO STATE

 Yesterday was a terrible day in Auchi Edo State as armed robbers attacked several locations in Auchi.  The attacks which started at about 7.00p.m.
Source told PREMIUM TIMES they heard loud explosions followed by gunshots.
“Several banks in Jattu/Auchi road have been attacked,” a witness said.
The attackers reportedly razed a police station and three banks, including EcoBank, GT Bank and Access banks.
The attackers are yet to be identified but residents believe they are robbers.
“Some police officers have been shot,” a resident said. “Auchi Is In Confusion Now!”
Edo State Police Command’s Spokesperson, Anthony Airhuoho, did not respond calls and text messages for comments on the attack.  For more photos click on read more
