Superstar singer Beyonce sure knows how to make a statement and a difference, she was spotted at the UN General Assembly Hall in NYC with her publicist Yvette at the taping of her "I Was Her" video which will premiere on World Humanitarian Day (August 19).  Bey as she is popularly called looked stunning in a beautiful Alexander McQueen bell sleeve dress, she later changed into a Marc Bouwer gown for the actual filming of her lovely ballad "I Was Here".   she
