Former Chief Security officer Major Al Mustapha loses mum after a protracted illness on the 1st of August she was 70, Al Mustapha who has not seen his mum since his incarceration in 1998 was sentenced to death on the 30th of January 2012 for the murder of Alhaja Kudirat Abiola.
